	A Complete Online Application Consists of the Following:
1.	Receipt of an uploaded letter of application emphasizing your abilities and reasons for interest in the open position.
2.	Receipt of submitted application form with the Terms and Agreements box checked.
3.	Receipt of uploaded up-to-date resume.
4.	*Receipt of an uploaded copy of current Ohio School Superintendent's Certificate or evidence one is obtainable.
5.	*Receipt of your uploaded university placement file and/or transcript of credits.
6.	*Receipt of five OSBA Superintendent Reference Forms.
